Accepted payment methods

I accept the following types of payment:
- Prepayment via Bank wire
- Paypal

In case of pre-payment you will receive my bank details together with the order confirmation. As soon as I have received the due payment, I will dispatch the goods. I do not impose charges for all type of payment.

Hint: You can pay with credit card at a purchase in my atelier.

General shipping information

The dispatch takes place in principle in break-proof packing.

Items send as shipping tubes will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

Paintings sent in a crate are shipped in a wooden crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together.

Please note that you must dispose packaging materials at your own expense.
The shipping is done either with DHL or GO! General OverNight Service.
Shipping is insured.

Hint: For shipping costs for works which are marked as oversize, please always ask me before a purchase.
